Our topic this term is all about 'Transport'. This week we have been busy looking into the future and using our imaginations to design 'The car of the future'. We worked in pairs to come up with lots of unique features for our cars and thought about how cars could be improved. We were extremely creative in our creations, with lots of bright and wonderful car models.
We also had the opportunity this week to travel through space! Jennifer from Nerve Belfast supported us with this. We were using 'Scratch Jr' on the iPad to design a space scene. We worked with our partner to pick a suitable space background and space vehicle to travel through space. We were able to programme the vehicle to move around the moon. Some of us were even able to record our voice counting down for take off.
We have had lots of fun exploring different types of transport this week!
